Q: How do I book Malia Beach House or Malia Studio?

Book direct through malia.com.au, or email stay@malia.com.au with your dates, the residence you would like and the number of guests. We reply personally with availability and your rate. Both residences are also listed on Airbnb.

Q: Why book direct with Malia?

Booking direct is the lowest rate you will find for Malia, and if you find a lower one elsewhere, we will match it. You also deal with us rather than a platform, with a personal reply and a few things we can only offer when there is nobody in between: the Beach House pool heated on request at no charge, early check-in and late check-out where the day allows, and local knowledge before you arrive.

Q: Can both residences be booked together?

Yes. Book Malia Beach House and Malia Studio together for up to 12 guests. They share one address and connect through a private rear gate between the Studio courtyard and the Beach House garden, so two families or a multi-generational group can stay side by side, each with their own kitchen, alfresco and space to retreat.

Q: What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 2 nights, or 3 nights over long weekends, NSW school holidays and peak season.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations 14 to 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Q: Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted at either residence. If evidence of a pet is found after a stay, a deep cleaning fee applies.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged on request, depending on bookings either side of your stay.

Q: How does check-in work?

Both residences have self check-in with a smart lock. Your access details and a full welcome guide arrive before your stay, and we are a message away throughout.

Q: Is there parking?

Yes. Each residence has one off-street car space, with free street parking out the front.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Fast NBN Wi-Fi runs throughout both residences, and each has a smart TV.
