When do bookings open / when can we stay?
We are welcoming advance bookings now for stays from July 2026 onwards, subject to final build completion and occupancy approvals.
Are you currently under construction?
Yes - Malia is currently under construction. The website imagery and details reflect the intended design and finishes. For recent updates on the construction process visit our socials
What happens if construction is delayed?
If Malia is not ready for your booked dates, you may choose either:
1. a full refund, or
2. alternative dates (subject to availability).
We will communicate proactively well ahead of arrival wherever possible.
Are the photos/visuals final or artist impressions?
Where noted, imagery may include artist impressions. Final styling will closely reflect the intended design; however, minor variations can occur as part of build and procurement.
